Computer Rendering
Renderings of buildings and built environments. CAD drawings transmitted via our FTP server or as zipped e-mail attachments will be converted to 3D images (Tiff, JPG) complete with plants, people, water bodies, etc. Completed Rendered images can be transferred back via e-mail or FTP server. Prints in Lamda (photographic paper) or high resolution inkjet prints on glossy paper along with CD can be FedExed as well if requested.
Animation
Interior and exterior walkthroughs. CAD drawings will be converted to 3D animations with or without moving objects according to the client provided walkpath. We will work closely with the client to bring about the best possible product. Normally provided in AVI format which will be FedExed back.
Presentation CDs
Similar to a walkthrough presentation but with a more balanced mix of walkthroughs, flash animations, texts and stills. Complete with background score and voice over (if so desired by the client) this type of presentation is commonly used in corporate and client presentations.
Drafting
We provide complete drafting services for architectural drawings. Sketches can be transmitted to us via scanned images or faxed directly. We are fully equipped with the complete Sweets Catalogue to help you in referencing products. Our principals have over 8 years experience as architects and project managers in the US and therefore are fully trained in construction practices in the US. HardCopies can be sent via FedEx or soft copies transmitted via e-mail.
